Shipping and delivery
We start on your order right away. Our fulfilment centre packs your parcel and hands it to a reliable parcel carrier. You receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Delivery times
- Netherlands and Belgium: order on a working day before 11:00 pm and we ship the same day, delivered the next working day.
- Other countries (Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Sweden): 2 to 4 working days. Order before 10:00 pm and your parcel leaves the same day.
We deliver within 30 days at the latest. If we cannot, you may cancel your order free of charge and we refund you immediately.

On its way
Until your parcel has been delivered to you, it is our responsibility. If it gets lost or arrives damaged, email info@fits4kids.store and we will sort it out.
