Delivery times
Europe: Delivery in 2 to 4 business days. Order before 22:00 and your parcel ships the same day.

How does your order work?

Your order comes in
Right after checkout you will get a confirmation in your inbox. No email? Check your spam folder, otherwise let us know.

We pack your order
Our fulfilment centre packs your order carefully, so everything arrives neat and safe.

On its way to you
Once your parcel is on its way, you will automatically get a track & trace code by email. That way you can see exactly where your order is.

Delivered to you
Your parcel is delivered to the address provided. Not home? The carrier usually tries again or leaves it with neighbours or at a pickup point.

Which carrier delivers your parcel depends on your order and location. Your shipping confirmation always shows which carrier was used.
Not home for delivery?
No worries. The carrier will:
- Make a second delivery attempt at another time
- Leave your parcel with neighbours (if they are home)
- Take it to a nearby pickup point
You will be notified automatically by email or through the carrier's app.
Need it urgently?
Need your order in a hurry? Contact us right after ordering at info@fits4kids.store. We can usually arrange express delivery, depending on the time and your location.
Track & Trace
All our shipments have a track & trace code. You will receive it by email once your order is packed. It can take up to 24 hours for the code to become active. You enter the code on the carrier's page indicated in the email.
Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take exactly?
For Europe, expect 2 to 4 business days after shipping. During busy periods like holidays it may take a little longer.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will get a track & trace code by email. That lets you see where your parcel is 24/7.
What if my parcel does not arrive?
This rarely happens, but if it does: contact us at info@fits4kids.store. We will sort it out together.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days to change your mind and returns are free for you. Find all the conditions in our return policy.
Do you ship outside Europe?
