Not happy with your order? No problem. You can withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receipt, and returning is free of charge for you.

Returning in short

1. Let us know within 30 days of receiving your order that you want to withdraw. The easiest way is to register your return on our website, with or without an account (see below). Nothing to download or print.
2. Send the product back within 14 days after you told us, to our return address.
3. We refund your money, including the standard shipping costs and your return costs (up to €20), within 14 days after we received your withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

The law gives you 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days, with the same rules.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. Our details:

You can do this in any of the following ways:

• Online withdrawal function: click "Withdraw from contract here" at the bottom of every page of our website, or go directly to our online withdrawal page. Fill in your name, the order you want to withdraw from and your email address, and confirm. We then send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email.
• Register your return with an account: log in to your account, choose your order and register your return.
• Register your return without an account: fill in the return form at the bottom of our withdrawal and returns page with your order number and email address. Nothing to download or print.
• Email or letter: send us a message stating that you withdraw from the contract, preferably with your order number.
• Model withdrawal form: you may use the model withdrawal form further down this page, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

We bear the direct cost of returning the goods up to €20, as explained under "Costs of returning".

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words: you may unpack and try the product in the way you would in a shop.

Costs of returning

Returning is free of charge for you.

• Customers in the Netherlands: we send you a free return label.
• Customers in all other countries: you create and pay for a return label yourself, with a standard parcel service with track and trace. Email the receipt for your return label to info@fits4kids.store. We reimburse the actual cost, up to €20, together with the refund of your purchase.

A standard tracked return parcel usually costs less than €20. If your return label costs more than €20, the amount above €20 is for your account.

Tips for a smooth return:

• Let us know before you send the parcel, so we can link it to your order quickly.
• Send the product back complete, with all accessories and, if possible, in the original packaging. Missing or opened packaging does not affect your right of withdrawal.
• Keep your proof of postage until you have received your refund.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
• goods that can spoil or expire quickly;
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if you have unsealed them after delivery;
• sealed audio or video recordings and sealed computer software, if you have unsealed them after delivery.

If an exception applies to a product, we state this clearly on the product page before you order.

Defective or wrong product?

Did you receive a defective, damaged or wrong product? Then you do not need to use your right of withdrawal. Contact us at info@fits4kids.store. Your rights under the legal guarantee are explained on our warranty and complaints page.
