Not satisfied with your product after all? No problem! You can easily return your order within 30 daysafter receipt. Returns are completely free of charge.

Right of Withdrawal

For product delivery

When purchasing products, you as a consumer have the right to cancel the agreement without giving reasons within 30 daysafter receiving the product.

During this period:

• Handle the product and packaging carefully.
• You may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you want to keep it.

Do you want to exercise your right of withdrawal?

1. Report your return within 30 daysafter receiving the product via your personal account.
2. Then send the product back within 14 days, including all supplied accessories, and – if possible – in the original packaging.

Proof of shipment:
Make sure to keep a shipping receipt as proof that you returned the product on time.

For service delivery

For services, you have the right to cancel the agreement within 30 daysafter entering into the agreement, unless otherwise agreed.

Costs and Refund

• Return costs:Returns are free of charge.
• Refund:If you have paid an amount, you will receive it back as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 daysafter withdrawal. We refund via the same payment method you used, unless you agree to a different method.

Note:
If a product is damaged due to careless use, we may charge a depreciation fee.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products made to measure or customized according to your specifications.
• Products that can spoil or age quickly.
• Products whose seal has been broken (for example, hygiene products, audio or video recordings, and software).
• Services that have already been performed with your explicit consent.

Regretting your purchase? You can return the order (or part of it) within 30 days after receipt. Please fill out our return form for each return. The cost of the return shipment is at your own expense.

May I try on ordered products before returning them?

Of course, you may try on the received products. Please make sure not to wear them[ and not to break the seal of hygiene-sensitive products]. If we see damage or wear that shows more than just assessing the product, we will reduce the amount you get back by the resulting depreciation.

What happens when I have returned my order?

Once your package is with the carrier, you will be kept informed about the return process. We will send you a message when the return package arrives with us, when we process the package, and when you get your money back. Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will process it within 14 days at the latest.
