How long does my order take to arrive?
Order before 10 pm on a working day and your parcel ships the same day. Delivery to Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Denmark and Sweden takes 2 to 4 working days. Netherlands and Belgium: order before 11 pm on a working day and it is delivered the next working day.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been packed, you receive a Track & Trace link by email. Use it to follow your parcel with the carrier.
Do bear in mind that it can take up to 24 hours before the code becomes active.
What are the shipping costs?
Netherlands and Belgium: €5.95, free from €50. Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Denmark and Sweden: €6.95, free from €50. The exact shipping costs are always shown at checkout.
How do I return a product?
You can return your order easily within 30 days of receiving it. Register your return via your account or, without an account, via the return form on our withdrawal and returns page. Returning is completely free. Do keep your proof of postage.
When do I get my money back after a return?
As soon as we have received your return, we pay you back as quickly as we can, and within 14 days of your cancellation at the latest. We refund the amount using the same payment method you used, unless you tell us you would like a different one.
What about the warranty on my product?
All our products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. If something goes wrong in that period and it is not down to incorrect use, we will arrange a repair or a replacement.
