From what age can the 3D Pen Starter Pack be used?
The 3D pen from the Starter Kit is suitable from age 14 and should be used under adult supervision. Always read the safety instructions carefully. Are you looking for a pen for younger children? Our 3D pens with PCL filament work at a much lower temperature and are suitable from age 6: the wireless starter kit and the Race Kit.
How long can I use the 3D pen without a break?
It's best not to use the 3D pen for longer than about 1.5 hours at a time. Turn it off and let it cool down for half an hour. You can then continue using it without any problems.
Can I leave filament in the 3D pen when I store it?
No, the filament should always be removed when you stop drawing or put the pen away. This prevents the filament from getting stuck in the pen.
What type of filament does the Starter Pack 3D pen use?
The pen works exclusively with 1.75 mm PLA filament. PLA is sturdy and easy to work with for creative projects.
Is the 3D pen safe to use?
The pen is CE-marked and has a speed control. The tip gets hot (approx. 200 °C), so it is suitable from age 14 and should be used under adult supervision. The included finger guards and drawing mat help protect your fingers and the table.
Is the 3D pen from the Starter Pack wireless?
No, the 3D pen isn't wireless. The package includes an EU adapter and a USB cable. This allows you to use the pen via a wall socket, or connect it to a power bank or laptop with USB.
What is the delivery time of my order?
Order before 10 pm on a working day and your parcel ships the same day. Delivery to Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Denmark and Sweden takes 2 to 4 working days. Netherlands and Belgium: order before 11 pm on a working day and it is delivered the next working day.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is packed, you'll receive a Track & Trace link by email. This allows you to track your package through the carrier.

What are the shipping costs?
Netherlands and Belgium: €5.95, free from €50. Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Denmark and Sweden: €6.95, free from €50. The exact shipping costs are always shown at checkout.
How can I return a product?
You can easily return your order within 30 days of receipt. Register your return via your account or, without an account, via the return form on our withdrawal and returns page. Returns are completely free. Don't forget to keep your proof of shipment.
When will I get my money back after a return?
We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may wait until we have received the product back or you have shown that you sent it. We'll refund you using the same payment method you used, unless you specify a different method.
What about the warranty on my product?
All our products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. If something goes wrong in that period and it is not caused by improper use, we will repair or replace it.
