How long does my order take to arrive?
Order before 23:00 on a working day and your order arrives the next working day in the Netherlands. For Belgium, count on 1-2 working days. For other EU countries (including Germany) delivery takes 2 to 4 working days.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been packed, you receive a Track & Trace link by email. Use it to follow your parcel with the carrier.
Do bear in mind that it can take up to 24 hours before the code becomes active.
What are the shipping costs?

How do I return a product?
You can return your order easily within 30 days of receiving it. Log in to your personal account and request a return there. Returning is completely free. Do keep your proof of postage.
When do I get my money back after a return?
As soon as we have received your return, we pay you back as quickly as we can, and within 14 days of your cancellation at the latest. We refund the amount using the same payment method you used, unless you tell us you would like a different one.
What about the warranty on my product?
All our products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. If something goes wrong in that period and it is not down to incorrect use, we will arrange a repair or a replacement.

From what age is this 3D pen suitable?
From 6 years old. The pen works with PCL filament that melts at a low temperature and is certified according to CE and EN 71, the European safety standard for toys. Younger children can join in under adult supervision.
Does the pen get hot?
The casing stays cool, so your child can hold the pen comfortably. The nozzle at the front does get warm, which is necessary to melt the filament. Do not touch the nozzle, just like with a glue gun.
Can my child draw on their skin?
No. The filament comes out of the pen warm and then hardens. Never point the pen at skin, including anyone else's. Draw on paper, on the included templates, or on a smooth surface.
Which filament fits this pen?
Only 1.75 mm PCL filament. PCL melts at a low temperature and is therefore suitable for children. Do not use PLA filament in this pen: it works at a much higher temperature and belongs to our XXL Starter Kit for ages 14 and up.
How much filament is included, and what if it runs out?
It comes with 60 meters of PCL filament in 12 colors. If it runs out, you can order a refill: our PCL filament set has 100 meters in 20 colors and fits this pen perfectly.
Is the pen really completely wireless?
Yes. The pen has a built-in battery and works without a wall outlet, so your child can draw anywhere. Charging is done via the included USB-C cable and takes 2 to 3 hours. This means there is no cord in the way while drawing.
What is included in the set?
The wireless 3D pen, 60 meters of PCL filament in 12 colors, a video course with 20 videos, a template booklet with a tracing sheet, a USB-C charging cable, scissors, a sturdy XL storage case, and a manual in six languages.
