From what age can the 3D Pen Starter Pack be used?
We recommend using the 3D pen in the Starter Kit for ages 14 and up. Children under 14 should only use the pen under parental supervision. Therefore, always read the safety instructions carefully. For children ages 6 and up, we've developed the special 3D Pen Race Kit.
How long can I use the 3D pen without a break?
It's best not to use the 3D pen for longer than about 1.5 hours at a time. Turn it off and let it cool down for half an hour. You can then continue using it without any problems.
Can I leave filament in the 3D pen when I store it?
No, the filament should always be removed when you stop drawing or put the pen away. This prevents the filament from getting stuck in the pen.
What type of filament does the Starter Pack 3D pen use?
The pen works exclusively with PLA filament. This is an environmentally friendly, biodegradable material that is safe and easy to use for creative projects.
Is the 3D pen safe to use?
Yes! The pen is user-friendly and CE-certified. It's heat-resistant, has a speed control, and doesn't overheat easily. Thanks to the finger guards and drawing mat, it's safe for creative use.
Is the 3D pen from the Starter Pack wireless?
No, the 3D pen isn't wireless. The package includes an EU adapter and a USB cable. This allows you to use the pen via a wall socket, or connect it to a power bank or laptop with USB.
What is the delivery time of my order?
Order before 11 PM on weekdays and you'll receive your order the next day in the Netherlands.
For Belgium, delivery time is 1-2 business days. For Germany, it's 2 business days.
For other EU countries this varies from 2 to 5 working days.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is packed, you'll receive a Track & Trace link by email. This allows you to track your package through the carrier.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the code to become active.

Once we receive your return, we'll refund you as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days of cancellation. We'll refund you using the same payment method you used, unless you specify a different method.
What about the warranty on my product?
All our products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. If something goes wrong during that period without proper use, we'll repair or replace it.
