Right of withdrawal

Upon delivery of products

When purchasing products, you as a consumer have the right to cancel the agreement without giving any reason within 30 days of receiving the product.

During this period:

• Please handle the product and packaging with care.
• You may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep it.

Do you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal?

1. Please register your return within 30 days of receiving the product via your personal account.
2. Then return the product within 14 days , including all supplied accessories and – if possible – in the original packaging.

Proof of shipment:
Please make sure you keep a proof of postage as proof that you returned the product on time.

When providing services

For services, you have the right to cancel the agreement within 30 days of entering into the agreement, unless otherwise agreed.

Costs and Refunds

• Return costs: Returns are free.
• Refund: If you have paid an amount, you will receive it back as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after cancellation. We will refund you using the same payment method you used, unless you agree to a different method.

NB:
If a product is damaged due to careless use, we may charge a depreciation fee.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products that are custom made or modified to your specifications.
• Products that can spoil or become obsolete quickly.
• Products where the seal has been broken (for example hygiene products, audio or video recordings, and software).
• Services that have already been performed with your express consent.
