Our products are suitable for children of all ages, from toddlers to teenagers. Each product page includes a recommended age rating.

3. How do I know which product is best for my child?
We provide detailed descriptions and age recommendations on every product page. You can also filter by age, toy type, and educational value to find the right product. Order & Payment

1. How do I place an order?
Select the product you want to buy, choose the quantity, and click "Add to Cart." Go to your cart, fill in your information, and complete the order via the payment page.

2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including iDEAL, credit card (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal and Bancontact.

3. Can I cancel or change my order?
You can change or cancel your order as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@fits4kids.store if you need to make a change.

Shipping & Delivery

1. How long does it take to receive my order?

The delivery time of each product is stated on the product page of the relevant product.

2. What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium .

3. Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code with which you can track the delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Can I return my product?

Yes, you can easily return your order within 30 days of receipt. You can register your return through your personal account. Log in via this link:

2. Are there any costs associated with returning?

No, returns are completely free .

3. How long does it take to get my money back?

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 14 days .

Warranty & Defects

1. How long is the warranty on your products?
We offer a standard 1-year warranty on all our products. If anything is wrong with your product within this period, please contact us for a replacement or repair.

2. What should I do if my product is defective upon arrival?
If your product arrived defective, please contact us immediately at info@fits4kids.store . We will offer a solution, such as a replacement or a full refund.

Yes, all our products comply with European safety standards and are free of harmful substances such as BPA and phthalates. Our products are extensively tested for safety.

2. Are there small parts that pose a choking hazard?
We have products for different ages. For younger children (under 3 years old), we ensure there are no small parts that pose a choking hazard. Always read the age recommendations on the product page.
