What is the delivery time of my order?
Order before 11 PM on weekdays and you'll receive your order the next day in the Netherlands.
For Belgium, delivery time is 1-2 business days. For Germany, it's 2 business days.
For other EU countries this varies from 2 to 5 working days.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is packed, you'll receive a Track & Trace link by email. This allows you to track your package through the carrier.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the code to become active.
What are the shipping costs?
Netherlands: Free shipping.
Belgium: No shipping costs.
Germany: The cost is €6.95, shipping is free from €75.
Austria: The cost is €6.95, shipping is free from €75.
Denmark: The cost is €6.95, shipping is free from €75.
Italy: The cost is €7.95, shipping is free from €75.
Spain: The cost is €7.95, shipping is free from €75.

How can I return a product?
You can easily return your order within 30 days of receipt. Log in to your personal account and request a return. Returns are completely free. Don't forget to keep your proof of shipment.
When will I get my money back after a return?
Once we receive your return, we'll refund you as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days of cancellation. We'll refund you using the same payment method you used, unless you specify a different method.
What about the warranty on my product?
All our products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. If something goes wrong during that period without proper use, we'll repair or replace it.
